List the top 5 difficulties you encountered while studying this semester, From the 1st Sem SY 2021-
2022 up to this 2nd semester 2021-2022. Then, answer the questions under each difficulty.

These are the 5 difficulties I have encountered:

 Technical issues
 Time management
 Some of the instructors are unresponsive
 Lack of in person interaction
 Overlapping of activities (not applicable to all instructors)

1.Technical Issues
What is your reason for having this difficulty?
-Sometimes internet connection is not stable which results unresponsiveness to the
instructor or failure of attending the virtual class.

What is your suggestion for solving this problem?

Knowing exactly what kind of technological support that we need for a certain course before
enrolling in it, as well as properly equipping themselves for the course’s successful
completion.

2. Time Management
What is your reason for having this difficulty?
-Everyday commitments. Me personally, A public school teacher. I have many administrative
works to comply within a short period of time.

What is your suggestion for solving this problem?

-A regular schedule planner would be a significant for me, as I could even set reminders for
my and assignments. Also, instructors should be considerate and accept late submission.
 3.Some of the instructors are unresponsive
What is your reason for having this difficulty?
It was not that very serious matter because it was already fixed. Its just some of the
instructors have busy schedules. There is a time where I am recommended to drop out
because I find it hard to reach out to the instructor. I have no acquaintances and
communication is a bit hard nowadays.

What is your suggestion for solving this problem?

Inform beforehand your queries to the instructor

4.Lack of in person interaction

What is your reason for having this difficulty?

Main limiting factor, because learners and students and teachers are physically
separated, and communication relies on the aid of network communication tools.

What is your suggestion for solving this problem?

I hope there will be limited face to face classes.

5. Overlapping of activities
What is your reason for having this difficulty?
Numerous activities given by the instructors. I can’t submit it on time because it has specific
deadlines.

What is your suggestion for solving this problem?

My suggestion would be instructors should limit their activities to give. They should consider
accepting late submission. Of course, we should be ready with the consequences.
