A Brief Biography of Hazrat Nizamuddin Shaheed Sahab

Kondangal, Hyderabad.
Hazrat Nizamuddin Shaheed Sahab’s old tomb is found in the
middle of the town near Jamia mosque in Kondangal, and
Hazrat is considered to be among the oldest holy people.
It is said that Hazrt had arrived in Kodangal at that time, but the
Islamic religion could not gain entry into the area of the Deccan.
Hazrat’s Journey to the Deccan : Hazrat left from Delhi and,
via Gujrat, reached the Deccan. And along the way, Hazrat has
propagated Islam in many places. And he was proceeding
towards Kondangal way, accompanied by a small group of
caravans. There was fierce enmity among detectives about him
at the time, so they attacked Hazrat's caravan with weapons, and
Hazrat obtained the status of martyr after being killed by the
attack of army detectives.
It is reported that Hazrat was on his horse when his head was cut
and fell on the earth, but Hazrat’s body went on the horse to
Tandur. Hazrat’s head was buried in the Kondangal, and in the
Tandur, Hazrat's body was buried.
In connection with the Urs and the annual death anniversary
of the Hazrat, the following programmes will be held:
On the 15th of July, on the Friday after Asar prayer, there will
be a sandal procession from the house of al-Hajj Shaikh
Mukhtar Ahmed Siddiqui in Inder Ganj locality, and after
Maghrib prayer, there will be a sandal ceremony in the Shirine
of the Hazrat.

On the 16th of July, on Saturday 2022, there will be a lighting

ceremony for the shrine building.
On the 17th, on Sunday after Fajr prayer, there will be a meeting
of recitation of the Qul (one of the final chapters of the holy
Quran), flower garlanding of the grave, Fataha recitation,
recitation of the blessing on the prophet and distribution of
benediction, and by this there will be an end of the celebration
of the annual death anniversary of Hazrat Nizamuddin Shaheed
Sahab at Kondangal.
