JOB PROFILE:

● Collection of drive test logs using Genex probe, TEMS 8.0.3 , CNT 8.06,XCAL W,AGILENT
● Analysis of weak coverage areas and providing solutions such as Repeaters etc.
● Solve the customers complain like indoor coverage, outdoor coverage, voice cracking etc.
● Resolve the ping pong handover, Handover failure; change the orientation of Antenna for Better
coverage.
● Customers complain resolution to provide good quality network.
● Determination of Antenna Heights, orientation and tilt according to the clutter and
population density of the town.
● Site Auditing ,Check the Particular sites physically for Sector and cables swap,
Orientation, Tilt, Type of Antenna, height and all Checking at BTS end.
● Drive Test to Check Coverage & Quality by analyzing RACP,Ec/Io,CQI,Rx level, Rx
quality, SQI, Handovers, Interference etc.
● Analyzing interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Frequent Channel reselections,
Rx Quality, Rx level etc. and generating Rx Level & Quality Plots using MapInfo.
● Interference detection and rectification by doing frequency scanning using TEMS
● Generating Log File Using Drive test tools(Genex probe, TEMS)
● Clustter optimization and post drive.
