Training Conditions and Policies:
• Trainees should bring their credentials/any ‫يجب إحضار إثبات الهوية وبطاقة تصريح التدريب‬
identity document and the practical
training permit card if applicable.
• Trainees shall be present ten minutes
before the scheduled time. The trainee
shall be deemed as absent in case if he/she
are late to attend any classes (they will not
be allowed to enter the study hall/ training
area) and in such case he/she shall pay
rebooking fees.
• All booking / modification or change /
cancellation requests shall not be accepted
via telephone. Such requests shall be
submitted through personal attendance or
by email to the following email address:
booking@edcad.ae at least two
business/working days (48 hours -
excluding Fridays) in advance, otherwise
the trainee shall pay re-booking fees.
• Trainees must inform his/her absence
immediately to avoid any additional fees,
as some training sessions must be in
sequence.
• If the trainee became absent from the
(theoretical / practical) training for more
than 6 months from the date of last
attendance, then the trainee shall repeat the
training, including classes previously
attended and shall pay training fees for
such classes.
• Trainees are fully responsibility to verify
the training schedules, date, time and all
other scheduling details prior to leaving
the company premises.
The health undertaking form must be filled by
the following:
• The trainee who suffers from disease that
affect his health and/or ability to take
practical driving training
• The pregnant trainee.

‫• المتدرب الذي يعاني من أمراض تؤثر على صحته‬
. ‫أو قدرته على القيام بالتدرب العملي على القيادة‬

Terms and Conditions of Fees Payment and
Refunds:
• Fees shall be paid upon booking in cash
or by credit /debit cards.
• Trainees shall commence and complete
the training within one year from the date
of payment. After the lapse of this term,
trainees may not claim training classes or
refund of remaining fees.
• Trainees may not claim refund of paid
fees except in special cases subject to the
polices, terms and conditions applicable
by Emirates Driving Company, and
taking the following into consideration:
1. AED 100 shall be deducted as
administrative fees for any refund application.
2. Administrative fees and additional training
services fees are not refundable once the
training has begun.
3. Refund is applicable only for remaining
classes available after two business/working
days (48 hours - excluding Friday) from the
refund application.
4. A refund cheque shall be issued in the name
of the trainee and given to the trainee only
unless a proper authorization has been
submitted along with the Refund request, as
per EDC procedures
• In case the training has begun, the
trainee has no right to submit a refund
application if he passed the Traffic
Examination.
• Value Added Tax will be applicable to
all financial transactions fees
(booking/ cancellation/ modification/
administrative fees).
Company Policies and Regulations:
The Company Management does not guarantee
success of the trainees and is not authorized to
interfere with the decisions of the Licensing
Department Examiners.
The terms, conditions, information and fees
hereinabove provided are subject to change
