Reflection About the topic: Total Quality Managament

In every organization Total Quality Management is necessary. The company won't work that good if total
quality management was not impletemented or observed, before we can get more into detail let us
recall what is the definition of Total Quality Management or TQM.

One of the definition instilled on me is that TQM is an integrated organizational effort designed to
improve the quality of every level. So why every organizational has it? Simply because they want to
satisfy the needs of the consumer through the quality of services they exerted and expect the return of
the investment.Once the customers satisfied with his needs and expectation the consumer will always
comeback without doing ardous effort it will comes naturally and the income will become passive.

How TQM sustain consistency?In order for the TQM to maintain and sustain its consistency and follow
and wear the principles.There are five Principles of TQM first is, produce quality work the first time and
every time, in this principle we can relate on the saying " First impression last". Like for example when
the person first day at work, When he came to work late or very early. I admire people coming to work
very early, it's gives me a positive vibes that the person is well disciplined.He respect the time of the
company and shows excitement towards work.I remember when I attended a seminar before the
speaker said that employee or workers must always be excited to come to work. Do not think that
working is a burden, we should always give our big shot towards work.Secondly,focus on the customer,
customers are our bread and butter therefore we should make them feel that they are valued and met
their assumption.Third, have strategic approach to improvement.As business managers we should take
the customers to the second level.Empower the employees, motivate them to do the hard work with
dedication.Fourth, Improve continously.The qualilty of work best practices is consistency.The innovation
to improve the quality of services to customers should never be stagnant.Fifth and the last is encourage
mutual respect and teamwork. The company won't be truimphant without the teamwork. The
leadership of the managers are tested in this this aspect it reflects his ability to run the organization.
Success of the managers are the success of the company.
