We will be having only 1 round of interviews for selecting the candidates for the
next Organising committee of Eximius: India’s Biggest Business
(Entrepreneurship) Fest.

As part of this, you’re required to complete vertical specific tasks. You can choose
as many verticals as you can among Sponsorship & Infra PR and complete the
respective vertical task as described in the attached document. You will be
evaluated based on the quality, completeness, and our discussions with you about
the tasks during your interviews

 Eximius - Sponsorship Task

Complete any one of the below tasks.

Task 1:
The title sponsor of the last edition of Eximius is angry due to the non-
sufficient fulfilment of a few deliverables. Draft an email reply to them. Bear
in mind that our vertical strives to maintain long-term relationships and we
look forward to having that sponsor back with us for this edition.

Task 2:
Mention few key sectors that Eximius can approach for sponsorship. Also,
specify a few unique deliverables for each sector. You can assume the fest to
be hybrid and accordingly present your ideas for both online and offline
deliverables.

Bonus Task(Optional):
List out contacts of potential sponsors that you think might be willing to
come for Eximius 2022.

Eximius-Infra Task

Please complete any one of the below tasks:

• Food Village Task: As a part of Infra team you are the PoC of food village
in Eximius. How many vendors will you approach, what kind of vendors will
you approach (list them out: item type wise). Where will you put up these
stalls? What kind of deal would you enter in?

• Accommodation Task: You are the logistic head dealing with participants
stay arrangement. You have prepared for 150 beds but on the day of event
this number surged up to 300. Time is limited, you have budget constraint.
How would you manage this?

• L-Square Painting Task: As a part of Eximius you need to do L-Square

painting. Estimate the total infra requirements. List down all the possible
items required & their approximate cost. Also, during the making of L2
painting there will be frequent rainfall. How do you get the painting done on
time?

• T-Shirt & Hoodie Task: Get a t-shirt quote for 150 t-shirts and a hoodie
quote for 36 hoodies. Make sure that this is the best rate that you get in the
market!
