I. Status of Accomplishments
The 2nd year implementation of Project HELP showed significant results on the grades
of learners. The intensification of its implementation by closely monitoring learner’s
submission contributed greatly to its effectivity in increasing the number of learners who do
the performance tasks both in online and modular modality. The results were shown below.

During the implementation, some gaps were encountered but were closed through the joint
efforts of the TLE Teachers.

learners individual needs. It was utilized as a remediation tool for learners’ least mastered skills and
competencies.
