II. Evaluation Notes

The 2nd year implementation of Project HELP showed significant results on the grades
of learners. The intensification of its implementation by closely monitoring learner’s
submission contributed greatly to its effectivity in increasing the number of learners who do
the performance tasks both in online and modular modality. The results were shown below.

The HELP worksheets were administered and distributed together with the modules and
homeguide. More learners were encouraged to accomplish their tasks thus, the average grades
showed a significant increase every grading period. Tle teachers also intensified the promotion of
the intervention material through the video explainer about HELP worksheets and some brochures
were also made but not fully utilized.

Some modifications were also made to keep the worksheets updated and to meet every
learners individual needs. It was utilized as a remediation tool for learners’ least mastered skills and
competencies.
