Let´s talk about Cinema

- Introduction

The film industry is one of the largest sources of entertainment in the world. The industry

produces thousands of films. Achieving billions of dollars annually.

Statement of problem: Although the film industry is one of the most important around the world,

it has many discrimination cases against the people that works there. The sexualization of minors

is a problem surrounding in here too. That´s why we are informing people of this problematic.

How can be negative social behavior achieved from the cinema?

- Aim objectives and specific objectives

Our aim objective is to investigate how much people known about discrimination and injustices

occurring in the film industry and the way this affects the people who are in it.

- specific objectives:

- One of our specific objectives is to inform others about injustices and discrimination that the

children of the Comfenalco school really understand what the people who are in this industry

must go through.

- Create awareness about the discrimination that people experience daily in addition to

generating empathy in them that they know all the problems that a simple comment takes.

Are they really taking into account all the problems that artists go through or are only interested

in money?

Yalitza Aparicio

Nominated to Oscar´s as “The best actress” was the first indigenous to won in that category and

the second mexican girl. She recived many bad wishes on social media because some Mexican

people do not consider worthy of representing their country since she was not white.

This information has been taken from “El Pais” that is a very famous page that talk about

celebrities

Brooke Shields

In the movie “Pretty baby” Brooke turned in an erotic symbol of the era. She was just 12 years

old when the playa an hyper sexualized roll, where her mom forces her into prostitution.

Since that time, she has been sexualized throughout her life.

- Methodology

The methodology of this research is quantitative since an analysis was carried out on the results

of the survery.

- Method

The method of collecting information used in this research was a survey, the population of a

school was surveyed on the subject and an analysis was carried out on the responses.
This method was used since it was simpler and clearer to create the questions.

- Data analysis.

- -Most people do not know of a case of discrimination in Hollywood.

- -Only one respondent does not care about discrimination in Hollywood.

- -All respondents think that discrimination affects mental and physical health.

- -The general thinking of the respondents is that discrimination happens most of the time.

- -All the questions taught to respondents that discrimination happens most of the time and
that it can happen to anyone.

- Conclusions.

R = / 1. 52.3% of the population that did the survey are women and the other 47.7% are

men.

R = / 2. 34.1% of the population frequently goes to the movies, 25% of the population

almost never goes

to the movies, 18.2% of the population almost always goes to the movies, 13.6% of the

population always goes to

cinema and the rest of the population almost never and never goes to the cinema.

R = / 3. They did not explain to us how to do when a question is not multiple choice.

R = / 4. 79.5% of the population knows about the subject to be discussed and the other

20.5% of the population

does not know about the subject to be discussed.

discrimination towards

some member of the cast, 25% of the population would not see the film and the other
