Applied Tests:

 Check all Passive components

 To check the power circuit
 Check main microcontroller IC.
 Check capacitor ESR value and micro farad value.
 Use Dc power supply and check all the power circuit supplies.
 Use DMM check all basic components.

Equipment Used:

 Agilent 16903A Logic Analyzer

 ABI Op-AMP Tester
 ABI Digital IC Tester
 Multi meter digital.
 DC Power supply.

INVESTIGATION:

1. To check the incoming power circuit with external Dc power supply.

2. To check the capacitor ESR value ok for AS70004 RF Board, AS30150-S10 Main Board are ok.
3. Take out the AS30000-S10 Gui Board main module PCB card and inject supply, the Main board
IC get over heat.
4. Externally inject 5VDC and test the main control IC temperature level was high and fault
led was occur.
5. AS70004 RF Board, AS30150-S10 Main Board both PCB board condition are good, no any
damages.
6. The problem we found is AS30000-S10 Gui Board main control module IC damage.
