HOUSES AND ROUTINES AROUND THE WORLD

We chose the country of Brazil Because we want to learn more about their life, their customs

and their way of thinking from the Brazilians Brazil is a country that is located south of the

continent of America, it is the largest country in South America and it is the fifth country largest

language in the world, its official language is Portuguese since it was Portugal who invaded and

colonized this country. The people of Brazil are very hard-working for this reason they are the

seventh largest economy in the world and the largest in South America, on the other hand it

should be noted that Brazil is Considered as the main international and South American tourist

destination, it stands out for its landscapes that offer from Christ the Redeemer or the Sugar

Loaf cable car in addition to its large and modern museums, the Rio Janeiro carnival is also a

great tourist attraction late February or early March. Brazilians really like the sport of which the

most popular is soccer where their national team has been the most successful in the history of

the World Cups, from this country very successful characters have emerged in this sport such

as Ronaldinho, Ronaldo , Kaká among others. Houses in Brazil are usually large and modern

and on the other hand there are the famous favelas that grow within the big cities of this

country. The daily routine of Brazilians is to go to work mainly in the financial area located on

Paulista Avenue, eat in restaurants where they sell barbecue, since they love it, they also visit

neighborhoods such as Vila Madeleina or Calle Oscar Freyre. Some important facts about

Brazil's past are related to the conflicts that broke out with Portugal, which had colonized it on

September 7, 1822 when Brazil proclaimed its independence, in 1960 when its capital Brasilia

was founded, in 2003 Lula Da Silva assumed the presidency, and in 2014, the soccer world cup

was held and in 2016 the Olympic games.

B: I’m fine and happy because I just returned from a beautiful vacation.

B: Of course! I went on vacation to Brazil, the largest country in South America.

A: Wow and how is the country, it is beautiful?

B: Yes, his name is Casemiro and he lives in the Rocinho favela.
