    Subject: - DISPLEASURE/EXPLANATION REGARDING DORMANCY OF ANTI-
    DENGUE USER ACTIVITIES DATED 22-07-2022
    Despite of repeated directions issued through official letters, telephonic calls &
    WhatsApp messages regarding the performance of Anti-Dengue Activities on daily basis, it is
    sorrowfully revealed that your progress shown on the Anti-Dengue Dashboard is poor as you
    have not uploaded the activities on 22-07-2022 during school hours.

    Moreover, you were bound to regularly accomplish android activities regarding


    Anti-Dengue Drive, but owing to your non-interest, laxity and non-dutifulness, you have not done
    even a single activity on 22-07-2022. In-spite of repeated directions regarding sensitivity of the
    matter/assignment, you have not bothered to carry out the assigned duty, which is clearly
    tantamount to inefficiency and gross misconduct on your part.

    In this regard, Heads & Dengue Focal Persons of above mentioned schools are
    hereby directed to attend the office of undersigned on 23-07-2022 at 03:00 PM after
    performing the activities along with their defence reply, as to why reference may not be sent to
    competent authority for initiation of disciplinary proceedings under PEEDA Act, 2006 against you
    on the charges as mentioned above.
