1 Tillämpning

kompletteringar gäller respektive ritning eller TB.
Materialet är ej avsett för nykonstruktion. Använd
material enligt STD 1223,14.

STD 1024,1118. Kraven gäller för provning enligt
STD 1024,1116. Vid provning enligt STD
1024,1118 skall proven utföras på lilla prov-
kroppen (diameter 13 ±0,5 mm, tjocklek 6 ± 0,2
mm). Resultaten från båda provningarna skall
redovisas i provningsprotokollet.

3) Compression set shall be tested in accordance with
STD 1024,1116 and STD 1024,1118. The require-
ments apply to testing in accordance with STD
1024,1116. When testing in accordance with STD
1024,1118 the test shall be made on the small test
piece (diameter 13 ±0,5 mm, thickness 6 ± 0,2
mm). The results from both tests shall be given in
the test.

provning och ej regelbunden leveransprovning.

6) Tilläggskrav U innebär att materialet även skall
uppfylla kraven under denna rubrik. Då behov
föreligger för att endast något eller några av
kraven skall innehållas anges dessa som U1, U2
osv.
Exempel: Då samtliga krav under beteckning U
skall innehållas för 92312-7, blir material-
angivelsen 92312-7-U.
Om endast kravet på studselasticitet krävs blir
beteckningen 92312-7-U5.
Värdena för tryckmodulen gäller för formfaktorn
0,6.
De i standarden upptagna värdena på skjuv- och
tryckmodulerna anger det normala spridnings-
området för dessa parametrar. I de fall skjuv- eller
tryckmodulen finns numeriskt angiven på ritning
gäller detta värde ± 15 %.
4) Heat ageing 1000 h refers primarily to norm testing
and not to regular delivery testing.
5) Ageing in accordance with STD 1027,2231.
6) Suffix U means that the material shall also fulfil the
requirements under this heading. When it is
necessary that only one or several of the
requirements shall be included, this is designated
by U1, U2 etc.
Example: When all requirements under suffix U
shall be fulfilled for 92312-7, the designation is
92312-7-U.
If rebound resilience alone is required the
designation is 92312-7-U5.
The values for the compression modulus apply to a
shape factor of 0,6.
The values stated in the standard for shear
modulus and compression modulus give the
normal standard deviation values for these
parameters. If the shear or compression modulus
is stated numerically on the drawing this value
applies with a tolerance of ± 15 %.

2.2 Övriga krav 2.2 Other requirements

Standarden avser svart gummi. Om annan kulör
önskas skall detta vara angivet på ritningen.
För detaljer där krav finns på att gummimaterialet
skall vara elektriskt isolerande, kan tilläggsbeteck-
ningen Z1 användas. Z1 innebär att materialets
resistivitet ej får understiga 106 Ωm vid 23 °C, mätt
enligt STD 1025,2201.
Material i enlighet med denna standard skall vara fritt
från kadmium.
Studselasticitet skall provas enligt ISO 4662 (Schob
Pendel) och resultatet skall redovisas i
provningsprotokollet.
The standard covers black rubber. If another colour is
required this shall be stated on the drawing.
For parts with requirements for electrical insulation of
the rubber material the supplementary designation Z1
can be used. Z1 means that the resistivity of the
material must not be less than 106 Ωm at 23 °C when
determined in accordance with STD 1025,2201.
Material in accordance with this standard shall be free
from cadmium.
Rebound resilience shall be stated in accordance with
ISO 4662 (Schob Pendulum) and the result shall be
given in the test report.
