Fashion is popular style to attract people and showing styling standard in the market. The clothing
you wear to work and party will send an appropriate message to others. Choosing your clothes
carefully communicates and make you different from others.

So we chose to do a clothing business. As this is the main factor of one's personality and we named
it Style Revolver because we want to revolve fashion style by providing casual and fancy dresses
either ready to wear/ unstitched. This is a team of young and dynamic people. Our mission is to
develop a sense of designing attire; especially for yourself and to make you feel confident and
comfortable while wearing clothes. When your dress fits you as per your desired measurements
and fittings it is the most confident and satisfying feeling you would ever have.

So we have come up with an idea of providing dresses (casual or party wear) as per your desired
aesthetic and measures and removing the time constraint between you and your dresses. Because
we want to see a confident smile on our costumer's face when they wear dresses provided by us.

The type of product we’re offering to our customers is “Physical product with support service”
which lies in the consumer product category of “Shopping goods” because our offered product
includes women clothing along with the service of providing them their desired attire of their own
fitting size.

Price:

The price strategy we’ll use is “Value pricing” as per the value of the product as well as “Full
cost/Absorption Pricing” strategy. Occasionally, we’ll also use “Tender Pricing” strategy in the
form of monetary & non-monetary discounts and coupon codes available for our customers.

Our identified target marketplace is NED University of Engineering & Technology. In terms of
placement, our business in entirely pure play (virtual) with a B2C business model.

Ordering products from our site is easy. The procedure has been made simple by eliminating all

CONCLUSION
Clothing has never been a competitive market as it is today. In this volatile market there is a
problem of stitching and fitting of dresses according to the size of costumers. So we have taken
step to cope up this problem by providing an online platform for our costumer where they can buy
their preffered dresses according to their desired measurements and fittings.we have planned our
business by applying all marketing mix.
And then find out the financial attainability to run business after making an initial investment of
PKR 100,000 then we analyzed that we will earn a profit of approximately PKR 2,048,000 and
our break even point is at 30 dresses (monthly) and 360 dresses (yearly), Moreover we are
expecting to expand our business out of the city in future.
