    Once 

    you receive the UAN (Universal Account Number) you need to do the following steps 

    1. Activate UAN 
    To activate UAN 
    a.  Go to website link https://unifiedportal‐mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ 
     
     
     
     
     

    b. Enter details of UAN, Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, email id (optional) and get authentication 
    pin. Authentication pin will be received on the mobile number entered above, Name and date of Birth

    c. On receiving authentication pin by SMS on the mobile number enter the authentication pin and validate 
    OTP and Activate UAN. 

    d. Once UAN gets activated a SMS is received in the mobile number with passward. Using the same we 
    need to log in and can use Go Home link to go to log in page 

     
    e. In log in page use the UAN and passwaord as received in SMS and log in and update your KYC 

    f.  To Update KYC go to mangae and KYC.  

     
    g. Enter the details as required. Ensure that Bank , PAN and Aadhar is updated.
