Ajay has joined the Convosight sales team in the month of June’21.

He has shadowed Chetan, Sales


Director Convosight on different Account calls and is now well versed with what differentiation
Convosight brings in for brands. Post his on boarding Chetan has entrusted Ajay to manage Nestle as
an account.

Nestle has been working with Convosight ever since inception and Convosight team have a strong

Chetan has asked Ajay to present to him the plan that he would be able to drive in H2’21 to put
Nestle into a hyper growth trajectory. He believes that we have not been able to leverage the
relationship well and that current incumbent has not done thorough job in the account. You have to
present the H2’21 strategic plan on Nestle Account to Chetan as Ajay, the plan should cover:

1. Account’s potential
2. H2’21 goal, logic behind the goal
3. How and when
4. Actions to be taken 30-60-90 days plan
5. Put together a sales pitch to Category Head for any new pilots

Additional information

 We had a strong champion in Nestle Digital Marketing team, Rahul who has just moved into
another role and has been now replaced by another person. He was our gateway to Nestle
as an account and till now we have received all our briefs through him. Currently, we have
been able to build a very strong relationship with only the Lactogrow Brand team – Harry
and Tom.
 Convosight sales team have operated at fairly robust benchmarks in sales – pitch to pilot
conversion of 60%, pilot closure within 8 weeks, 70% of pilot plans are over in 2 months,
80% of pilots have been extended to 6 month plans in the past and churn rate is <10%
(churn is defined as brand where we have not clocked any revenue in past three months).
 Average pilot cost is 7-8 lacs and extension plans are closed at 2-3x the pilot cost (historical
data)
