I feel better and free.

b. Did the dance routine you have followed made you feel better? Why or why not?

Yes, because eventhough it was quite tiring, it make me smile and happy. I feel like it
clears my mind and light on my body.

1. What is the importance of dancing when it comes to relieving stress?

The importance of dancing is it can improve the quality of sleep in which neurotransmitters and
endorphins serve to alleviate stress. Also, it can express your true self, being confident and
many other benefits that dancing have.

Dancing cannot only improves physical health but also to mental health especially in this time
of pandemic. In addition, it can boost your immune system to prevent of getting Covid-19 and
other illnesses.
