1. Describe the mood of the dance, the music, and the movement of the performer.

As what I observed in the video, the movement of the performer can easily be followed since
the steps are simple and repeated until the end of the music. While the performer is dancing,
it's very obvious that she's enjoying and just vibing the music. It feels like the dance together
with the music is relaxing and just chilling.

1. What is the importance of learning a line dance?

Learning line dance helps us to be active not only physically but also mentally. We can achieve
fitness as we move our bodies. In addition, learning line dance helps us to understand better
the history and the steps itself on how to do it properly.

2. How this kind of dance will help you in terms of having a healthy lifestyle?

Line dance can be a form of exercise in which every individuals (any ages) can improve or
maintain the different aspects of health since it can easily be followed due to its repetitive
steps. Through line dancing, people achieve a healthy lifestyle as well as a happy mind and
heart.

All throughout the dance performance, I just enjoy and feel the vibe of the music as I do the
various steps in cha cha cha. I felt dramatic and, at the same time, energetic as I gracefully
moved while the music was on.

2. Cha-Cha-Cha was created from two other dances which are the mambo and danzo

1. How will you do or what kind of strategies that you can think in order to dance the cha-cha-
cha during this time of pandemic?

In our free time in this time of pandemic, it's better to stay productive even when we are at
home and through dancing like cha-cha-cha we can still achieve a healthy lifestyle. We can
learn different steps as we follow the videos and instructions through the use of technology and
internet as well as our modules. It might be difficult at first and it might takes time to practice
the different steps yet, as we go along, you will enjoy it eventually.

2. Why is it important to have connection with the partner while dancing?

Having a connection with the partner while dancing is importance since it shows how good or
bad the overall performance is. In any form of dances especially in cha-cha-cha, there should be
synchronization and coordination and so you need to understand each other's movements,
trust, and build strong connection to one another in order to achieve excellent performances.
