Physical conditioning is very import not just for an athlete but also for everyone.
Conditioning your body is important specially before doing activity or sport. You can
monitor your health and prepare yourself to do the task properly. Physical
conditioning is like making your body fit and healthy. For an athlete physical
conditioning is import, because you would be able to prepare yourself as an athlete
to do the task that you are playing with or the sport that you are in. Also the good
condition of the body of an athlete is one of the factor of success. It can increased
sel-confidence of an athlete on and off playing of the field. Physical conditioning
makes the athlete better at their sport. And last of all physical conditioning can
decrease and prevent an athlete in sport injuries.

and physically fit. Aerobic exercise are exercises that requires oxygen it can be
done for a long duration of exercise, like jogging swimming, cycling and etc.
Aerobic exercise help us to strengthen our heart and lungs by making them work
hard for several minutes. While Anaerobic exercise is the opposite of aerobic
exercise it can be done in a short period of time and doesn’t require oxygen. It can
strengthen our muscles and makes our bone stronger. For example sports like
sprinting and weightlifting .
