ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

She further shares the quotation - “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so
much” - by Helen Keller, She asks the attendees “What kind of School do we dream for our
Children?” and encourages them to share their vision towards the school. BKD President,
Charity Jora Canudas responded “a school that is flexible and resilient” and PCRL Oscar Gabani
dream for teachers of High Standard”.

Mrs. CApit first introduces what does SMEA stands for and explains the 3 KRAs of
ACCESS, Quality, and Governance.
Access reports that school enrollment has increased: nutritional Status shows that there is
a problem towards malnourishment (wasted) among different grade level. She also mentioned
about the at risk in dropping for unable to submit modules (due to distance from home to school).
For Quality, school’s Cohort Survival Rate of 97.87 shows that no learners have a failing
grades, and 0 repletion rate.
Governance reported that the number of personnel vaccinated in school marked 100% for
both 1st and 2nd dos, and others already had their booster shots, The learner teacher ratio and
classroom learner ration evidently show the need of teachers and classroom to respond to the
increasing enrollment rate of the school.
Mrs. Capit hopes that the problems arising based from the SMEA report will be
addressed.
School Improvement Plan (SIP) 2022-2024
MS. Mamalayan also filed a motion that the SGC may outsource through
Solicitation from the DPWH relating to the Fence and that resolution may be forwarded to them.
Hon. Sampang moved to adjourn the meeting seconded by Ms, Capit. The Chair
declares the adjournment of the meeting at exactly 4:14 pm, Ms. Miguel then leads the closing
prayer.
