Good afternoon everyone,

My name is Mayank kumar. I am from Patna, Bihar. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA from IIM
Nagpur. I have completed my undergraduation at the Indian Institute of engineering science and
technology Shibpur in electrical engineering.

As Artpillz corporate is in its initial stage, so there is no right or wrong way to procced, it all depends
upon whether the strategy worked or not, and it would provide me a great learning opportunity for
me to learn from the strategies I implemented

It was the first time in my undergraduation years when I got my first taste of management. It all
started when I and my friend's co-founded our first departmental technical fest named Sphuran
after proper planning and execution. It was a tough road, but at last, the event was successful, which
was a big relief.

Recently, I have competed my live project with Startup named digital marveled, where I worked with
the sales department. Currently, I am doing my live project with another startup named
studytoursindia, where I am working with marketing department. I consider myself a creative thinker
and always try to learn new things. I give my all efforts to the work given to me to achieve success.
My hobbies are playing chess and stargazing.

To do:

I will start with identifying potential clients according to their special needs of employee
engagement. After identifying those potential clients, I would to try to reach to them and try to
nurture the lead. I would have pitch them after understanding the clients business and area of
interest. After converting those leads I would have to match the requirements of our client with
experts on supply side. At last I also had to search for qualified artists to build the supply side.

What have I done in Digital marvelled

In first two an half weeks we were assigned with sales role where we had to complete the target
before the deadline. And after one and half weeks we were given a project on digital marketing
where we first introduced with didital marketing and tools used in it like SEO, then we were given a
project we had to post on social media ,where we had used SEO to get keywords which are
appropriate for the post, in which we also had to baclink company’s website in the post and after
which we monitor its performance like how much likes we get and how many people viewd the post

Difficulties in sphuran:

The major challenge was to get approval from departmental society because departmental societies
provide some funds for the departmental fests. There we had to propose proper planning for the
sphuran, present the expected budget, and convince the society that the event would be profitable.

We faced another challenge in sponsorship when we failed to get the expected sponsorship because
initially, we were targeting IT companies for the sponsorship. After which, we had a meeting and
concluded that instead of IT companies, we should approach coaching institutes for GATE because
we have noticed that many students had opted for coaching for their GATE preparation. In which
most of the students go to coaching institutes named Made easy and gate academy. So we
approached them, and luckily we got sponsorship from both the coaching institutes.
Another challenge we faced was publicity; we could not get as many campus ambassadors as
expected. To tackle this, I have proposed an incentive plan for the campus ambassadors where they
will get some money according to participation they bring from the college, and they will also get gift
hampers when the event ends.

Weakness :

My major weakness is that sometimes I make decisions very quickly without realizing other factors
associated with them. I am more sided toward safe play rather than risk-taking.

Strongs:

I am good at creative thinking and problem-solving. I am a good team leader and able to handle
multiple things simultaneously, and I am always hungry to learn something new.

See my self in future :

I see my self as working in a reputed company like …… and giving my all effort to make it a market
leader.

How are you fit for the company?

First of all, I am always good learner and this internship will provide me apmple opportunity to learn
something new, and in my learning process I will give my 100 percent in my work

There is no correct answer to that, I just my self working in company in a role which make me
satisfied. How satisfied I am with my work would be the indicator of how efficiently I would do my
work, and we know that every company want to make their good and efficient worker happy an
satisfied, and this positive cycle of work satisfaction and efficiency in work keep on going.
