5. Rostro asado
It is an exotic dish for many people and delicious for others, the
roasted face is the favorite dish from Oruro. According to Al
Vuelo magazine now it is considered the representative of that
region. Also charquekan, lamb roasted and the llama sausage
are the representative dishes of that city.

Roasted face has head lamb meat; the people of that region have
lamb meat. It needs a cooking for approximately eight hours,
flavored and marinated for three hours in salted water. The slow
cooking allows the meat of the head acquire a lot of softness and a taste unsurpassed. You
can serve with bread and chilly.
