Dear Sir,
With reference to the subject above it is to inform you that our company have been awarded with order to
construct a steel bridge over kameng river,East kameng district , Arunachal Pradesh .The details of which is
enclosed herewith .We are pleased to know that your good company / office have the ability to design and plan
such type of Bridge in hilly area.
Therefore I request you to design and plan the above mentioned bridge complete in all respect. Design and
drawing should consist of steel fabrication, including all necessary joints, braces and foundation including
reinforcement all other accessories. It must have complete details different sizes of steel joints, weight and
quantity for steel bridge, bracing size all complete. The grade of steel should not exceed 2.5 for steel bridge
.The drawing must show the section clearly and separately with every component and section for bridge
fabrication and foundation. The grade of concrete to be used in foundation should be of M25 to M35 .the design
and drawing should be of most economy section with complete stability check, like check against tension, check
against slaving, check against overturning and so on.
The Steel Arch Bridge should be designed in such a way that it can be easily launched. All other necessary
items that are not mentioned but are essential for successful launching of above mentioned steel bridge may be
included, After completion of your design and plan the same should be sent in PDF format to Whatsapp no
9331658230 .The hard copy should be delivered in sealed condition to the given below address by courier
service. Your immediate action shall be highly solicited.
Every page of design and drawing must contain your full signature, registration number along with rubber
stamp of your company.
If any changes are needed to be done while constructing the said bridge as per your design, you will be
responsible for implementing the said changes keeping in view all other aspects.
You will be solely responsible if any loophole is found in your design by the concerned authority and and will
be liable to face the consequence whatsoever and the same condition is applicable if your design creates any
hindrance in successful launching of the aforesaid bridge. As per your whatsapp message regarding your
charges for design and plan for said Arch bridge of 90 mtrs span is finalized at 4,50,000.00 (Four lacs Fifty
thousand only) and 30% as advance shall be transfer to your account after receiving of your acceptance letter
with your Account details and balance amount shall be paid accordingly as per your work progress and
submitting the completed design within 15-20 Days.
