Ash Handling Systems at on turnkey basis for various Thermal power Plants. Macawber
Beekay’s pneumatic material transfer systems have been successfully installed and are
operating satisfactorily in the following industries: Power Generation, Cement, Steel Plants,
Aluminum Plants, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Erection / Fabrication of Surge hopper,Pipe racks & Bottom Ash Hopper etc, Installation
& Service of Ash Handling Systems in Thermal Power Plants.
2. Site planning.
3. Inspect the alignment of equipments used in ash handling system like Compressors, Pumps,
Rotary Vane Feeder, and others as per required norms.
4. Service the equipments like Dome Valve, Ash vessels, Ash Conditioner, Rotary Vane Feeder,
Pumps and others.
5. Commissioning of ash handling system and handing over to the client.
6. To get material issued to the contractors and to material and perform Billing of Project.
7. To monitor progress of contractors on weekly and Monthly basis and to send Progress status
Report to Head Office.
8. To assist the site in-charge for various activities like coordination with contractors, customer;
List out shortages material as per drawings for mechanical and pneumatic items and informing
Head Office.

1. ACC LAKHERI CEMENT WORKS, (RAJ), 1X80 MW units.
SYSTEM – FLY ASH SYSTEM AND BOTTOM ASH SYSTEM
DURATION – May 25/05/2005 TO JUNE 07.
WORK RESPONSIBILITY AT LAKHERI CEMENTS WORKS SITE –
A. Fabrication, Erection of Buffer Hopper,Pipe racks & Bottom Ash Hopper and Alignment
of Equipments like Ash Vessels, Denseveyor, Blowers, RVF, Ash Conditioner,
Compressors etc.
B. Commissioning of Equipments like Dome Valve, Ash Vessels, Denseveyor, Blowers
 , RVF, Ash Conditioner, Unloading Spout etc.
C. Perform operation and Maintenance of Complete Dense Phase.
D. work as a site in-charge for various activities like coordination with contractors,
customer; List out shortages material as per drawings for mechanical and pneumatic items
and informing Head Office.

2. WBPDCL 2x210 MW Bakeshwar (West Bengal)

SYSTEM – COAL REJECT HANDLING SYSTEM
DURATION – JULY 07 TO MAR 10.

A. Fabrication, Erection of Buffer Hopper , Pipe Racks, Bottom Ash Hopper and Alignment

reject bunker etc.
B. Commissioning of Equipments like Dome Valve, Ash Vessels, Denseveyor, Air copressors, Sump
Pump
C. Perform operation and Maintenance for Six months and handover to client.
D. work as a site in-charge for various activities like coordination with contractors, customer;
List out shortages material as per drawings for mechanical and pneumatic items and
informing Head Office.

3. M/S ADHUNIK POWER & NATURAL RESOURCES LTD IN 2X270 MW UNITS
