Aqua Make Water Cooler Installed at Various Building at AIIMS, Nagpur.

Scope Of Work
1 Annual servicing and overhauling of storage type water cooler.

The cost cover of annual servicing and overhauling of storage type water cooler of different make and capacity
2 inclusive of replacement of all Spears ( relay light, blade float valve ,capacitor, taps replacement of damage
stand etc).

3 Clean evaporator and condenser coil.

4 To Check and tighten the electrical connection.

5 Check Earth continuity if missing to be rectified.

Check general working and grill temperature and record the temperature overall efficiency performance is to

be checked.
Functioning of external voltage stabilizer (on delay timer and voltage stabilization) MCB or power plug with
7
cable if any provided with the machine.
Check using a motor start and run capacitor of compressor motor and values should not be less than 10% of the
8
standard values.

9 Check working of thermostat control switch condenser and overload relay.

10 Check and lubricate motor bearing.

11 Check voltage in current drawn by unit.

12 Check mounting spring.

13 Check position of fan and Blade.

14 Check temple links Hinges and all the joint.

15 Check the vibration of refrigerant piping and rectify.

16 Check leakage of refrigerant.

17 Check ceiling gasket for leakage and replace.

18 Overhauling of blower motor and recording of IR value of insulation.

19 Cleaning of storage water tank with chemical.

20 Check Reliance for drop out and pick up voltage.

21 Check electrical wiring.

22 Changing of blower capacitor.

Replacement of all warn out spare parts of water cooler, over hauling the units free of charge at their service

centre (if required), complete gas filling, Change of compressor etc.
24 To attend No of Breakdown call as and when required.

25 To replacement of Blower motor with Blade for water cooler.

26 All 129 water cooler cleaning will be carried out on monthly basis during the course of contract Adhering to
AIIMS, Nagpur SOPs.
