The windows of a house required it to be private and cozy yet let in light, where as the store
would require a lot of natural light with no requirement of privacy. The windows add to a

The Hybrid - Facade

The Facade is entirely painted. From the dull orangish colour to the popping blue, the
store transforms from a being a subtle home to an eye catchy retail store.

The philosophy of their design being bold with colours, the colour has tried to give an
identity to the store in terms of branding.

It is a combination of cobalt blue and white.

The Hybrid - Issues Encountered

Rainwater seeping in was an issue. The entire roof had to be waterproofed.

Older Structural elements started developing cracks, which keep recurring.

Lot of Maintenance is required since it is an old Structure and that takes a lot of effort.
