Ingredients:
1 cup mashed ripe
banana
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. calamansi
Procedure:
1. Measure all ingredients
and cook in a moderate
fire until thick. Use
wooden spoon in
stirring.
2. Mold to desired size.
3. Roll in white sugar, pack
and label the products.
