A. Preliminary Activity

 Review about different formulas and functions in

spreadsheet.
 The teacher will make use of spin the wheel in choosing
student to answer the questions presented on the board.

2. Motivation
Showing 15 Doraemon Gadgets that Exist in Real-Life
 Are you familiar with some of the gadgets in the video?
What gadgets in the video amaze you most?
Do you know any other gadgets or simple gadgets which are very
important nowadays?

B. Developmental Activity

1. Activity
Identify the following set of images on the board whether internet
access, browser, audio or video gadgets:
2. Analysis

 What is the main function of the different gadgets presented

on the board?
 How will you compare these to any other gadgets?
 What do you think is the importance of ICT tools in
communication?
 What is the other type of web application that concerns the
use of ICT tools in communication?

3. Abstractions
Audio-Video Conferencing
 Also called teleconferencing or web conferencing is an online
meeting wherein two or more people can see, hear and talk to
each other using computer networks to send audio and video
data in real time.

Some example applications are:

 Skype
 Google Hangouts
 Fuze Meeting
 ‘Face Time

Here are the requirements in audio-video conferencing:

3. Speakers, Headsets or Headphones
4. Microphone
5. Web Camera

It is widely used into different fields:

 Businesses

Benefits:
1. Reduces travel time and expenses.
2. It allows people from different fields to collaborate and
share ideas.
3. Enables showing demonstrations or procedures to large
audience.
