Recycling is an excellent way of saving energy and conserving the environment.
Many things that you throw away can be recycled and turned into new products.
Material that can be recycled:
● Wood
Wood has become part and parcel in the life of people. Wood is basically use for shelter, fuel, furniture
and furnishings. But today, it has also been popularly used for home decorations. Wood from old
buildings or houses or scraps of wood from fallen trees can be recycled into usable products. Wood
pallets can be made into fine furniture and fixtures.
Sample products that you can produce from recycled wood.

to plastic production).
2. It can prevent the waste of potentially useful materials and reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials,
thereby reducing energy usage, air pollution, land pollution and water pollution.
3. Recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third component of the “Reduce, Reuse
and Recycle”.
