PLANT CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE

 Plant construction activities accounting ground clearance, ground excavation, ground

compaction, foundations digging, concrete foundation platforms casting, plant installation, plant
testing and commissioning shall not be done in a period not less 90 days and not more than 180
days and all installation measurements shall be fashioned exactly with the provided Plant
Design.
 All plant construction steps shall be done under the direct supervision of Construction Manager,
and Mining technical director and any other technical person we might wish to invite for
assistance.
 Ground clearance and excavations shall be done by machines with the help of casual workers.
 Excavated ground should be conveyed to waste dump.
 After the three stages of excavations are dug, First stage for Rotary scrubber platform, Second
stage for the Crushers and Shacking tables and the Third stage for the water tanks compaction
of such surfaces shall be done by mechanically propelled compactor plus water.
 Installation of concrete platforms shall be include the Plant Manager in staggered chronological
order shown from the design of first stage, second stage and the last stage given above to allow
smooth flow of measurements.
 All measurements have no room for alterations and wedging shall be prohibited.
 All metal work reinforcements installations and securing shall be done with a method approved
by the designer.
 Installed concrete foundations shall be allowed to set within a period of 26-30 days with
thorough watering and daily inspections.
 Security shall be firm on wet foundations to avoid damage and alterations.
 Within the plant installation days the following team should be available, Chinese Engineer,
Construction Engineer, Plant Manager, Technical Director and the Fitter and the CEO in his
discretion.
 When everything is successfully installed the plant should be examined and inspected with
inspection log books in writing.
 Plant commissioning and testing shall strictly include the CEO from the above team where the
plant shall be loaded with material for a period not less than 4 days to check efficiencies,
recovery and physical construction strength of the plant.
 When everything is okay with the plant a certificate of fitness should be awarded in writing and
log books to be filled for the hand over take over purposes.
