Published in the journal of the American Accounting Association on the application of


ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling) based decision making technique to fair value
auditing related decisions. Also applied AHP (Analytic Hierarchical Program) technique
for prioritization of factors associated with fair value auditing.

CORPORATE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE (June 1984-June 1996)

Over eleven years of corporate experience in various Finance, Accounts, Company


Secretarial & Legal functions. With a direct reporting relationship to the Managing
Director, was responsible for the following:-

Management of public issues, representing the company and interacting with SEBI, lead
managers, brokers, press, registrars etc.

Project funding including syndication of credit facilities from All India & State Level
Financial Institutions and Commercial Banks for term financing and working capital.

Post disbursement monitoring of term loans and working capital in accordance with the
requirements of the individual institutions.

Systems studies in various areas like finance, production and inventory management
with the objective of achieving cost reduction and value enhancement.

Counseling on various legal aspects of project implementation including obtaining all


necessary sanctions, approvals and clearances.

Installation of a comprehensive Management Information System commensurate with


the requirements and dimensions of the organization.

Finalization of accounts and liaison with the auditors in regard thereto.
