Context: Clara is often seen restless or unfocused in class.

troubles following instructions and skips activities when left unsupervised.
Action taken: You had a conference with her parents and found out from
them that Clara was diagnosed with a learning disability.
How will you modify the instructions for Clara to keep her focus on
classroom activities? Write your reflections in this form. Mention in your
reflections a specific learning disability that you are familiar with or have
research on.

My reflections:
We are created equal by our creator according to his image, the
purpose is to multiply praise and glorify him, but as the time goes by, the
human focus on the earthly materials and for the money without knowing
the side effects until then the human still continue this habit.
Technology is now the most focus, though it is more efficient in terms
work it helps our daily life easier, a lot of things or product that can be done
with help of technology, but still there are a lot of negative impact or side
effects and I believe that one of these is the LD or learning disability. Why?
Because in my own research I found out that some cause of the LD is
when the mother become ill in pregnancy and illness, such as meningitis
and also there are some health conditions where you may be more likely to
have a learning disability.
Since I have done meeting with Clara’s parents and I found out that
she was diagnosed with learning disability, first thing I have to do since I
have observed her actions during classes is to research what type of LD
that Clara is diagnosed with. Second, once I find out the type have to study
it and think a design lesson plan that fits her condition. Lastly, I give her
attention every time so that she will not get distract and also I will repeat my
explanation if needed to make her understand the topic, I will expose her in
different activity.

My reflection:
Indigenous people also referred to as First people, First nations,
Aboriginal peoples, native peoples, indigenous natives, or Autochthonous
peoples (Wikipedia.org). Nowadays they are still existing they often found
in the remote areas far from the civilization because they want to maintain
their culture some of them don’t want intervention or interference from the
outside but not all. Some of the indigenous people want their children to be
educated and begins to socialize with society.
In order to help indigenous people, the education implemented
several orders a republic acts exclusively for them. The purpose is to
prevent discriminations, to respect and treated them equal also it aims to
provide a quality educations for the IP’s.
As a teacher If happens that I encounter this people, I will simply
follow the deped orders. I will not disrespect them instead I will be nice to
them. Teacher should make an assessment that are for all and in order to
maintain the balance in the classroom the key is that being fair and be
discipline.
