I. Objectives:
At the end of the class the student shall:
1. defend project plan;
2. prepare project plan for fruit appetizers and vegetable appetizers;
3. cooperate in preparing a project plan.

Review
Motivation: Have you been in the market? What have you seen in the
market? You mentioned fruits, can you name some fruits
and vegetables?
B. Lesson Proper:
Activity:
“ PICK ME”
Direction: The students will pick pictures and out of those pictures they
will plan for a recipe.
Analysis:
Why do you pick those picture?
Would you explain to the class the recipe you plan?
Abstraction:
Discussion
(The teacher will present the fruit appetizer and vegetable
appetizer using power point presentation.)
Guide Questions:
1. Have you tried cooking it in your home?
2. How was the preparation process?
Application:
Create project plan for fruit appetizer and vegetable
appetizer.
V. Assignment:
Bring with you your PPE and ingredients for “Fruit and cheese Kabob”
