I. Objectives:
At the end of the class the student shall:
1. identify the accompaniments of appetizers;
2. set accompaniments of appetizers;
3. share their thoughts on the learning of the importance of appetizer
accompaniments.

pictures

Review
Motivation: Have you experienced attending parties or special
occasion? What have you noticed? What about the food they
serve?

B. Lesson Proper:

Activity:
“Categorizing Grid”
Direction: On the board there are pasted pictures of different appetizer.
The class will group into 5. Each group will going to categorized on the
different accompaniments on each appetizer by selecting on the table
cut out pictures.

Analysis:
What are the accompaniments of different appetizer?

Abstraction:
(Discussion)
1. Why do you think you need to identify the different
accompaniments of appetizer?
2. How will choose right appetizer accompaniment?
3. When you order food or meal in a certain restaurant?

Application:
“Group Activity”
Direction: In a group of 5 the teacher will assigned the 5 students that
will serve as an appetizer and the rest of the student will be assigned as
an accompaniment through draw lots. They will find their group
according to the assigned accompaniment.
