Guide Questions:
1. What have you noticed in this picture?
2. Are you familiar with this? Where can you find this?
3. If this in food served in a certain meal what will be your
feeling?
Presentation:
One way to socialize with friends is eating outside and
having formal dining.

B. Lesson Proper:

Activity:
Show Movie Clips

Analysis:
What have you noticed in the movie clips?
When to serve appetizer? It should be attractive?

Abstraction:
For you as a cookery students now it is important to present
your appetizer attractively?
(Everyone must pay attention and observe the demonstration)
Guide Questions:
1. How it is important to present your appetizer attractively?

Application:
“Group activity”
Direction: Each group should have the presentation in the whole class.
What did you do in the activity? What can you say about the result of
your activity? Did you come up with a good and attractively
presentation?
