火灾报警控制器应设在有专人值班的房间或场所，并用随机附件胀紧螺丝紧固在墙上。一般
报警控制器的底边距地为 1.5 米，两边应留有大于 0.5 米的空间以便操作与维修。

信号线采用 RVS-2×1.5mm2 双色多绞多股塑料软线，电源线采用截面不小于 2.5mm2 的阻燃

从安装到运行
1、请认真阅读本手册
2、依照“安装”一节，安装本控制器。
3、用兆欧表测量报警总线的对地电阻必须大于20兆欧，按消防规范要求安装探测器,同时，
应根据端子排列图检查连线是否正确，各紧固件是否牢固。
4、开机。
5、在“系统管理”中设置本系统外接设备类型为“智能” 。
6、依照“设备属性”一节，设置每个设备的具体位置。
7、根据消防规范及工程中实际的联动关系的要求，依照“联动编程”一节编制联动关系列
表。
8、重新开机，依照“登记外部设备”一节，登记外部设备。
基本功能
开机
首次开机时请按住面板上的复位，同时将主副电源开关合上，控制器初始化后进行指示灯
和音响自检，然后对挂接在总线上的所有设备进行登录（此时可松开复位），整个过程大约
需要 2 分钟时间。随后系统进入正常监控状态，面板上的电源指示灯闪亮。注意：每次开机
后系统的联动处于手动状态，此时自动/手动状态指示灯常亮。

登记外部设备
登记外部设备包括登记探测器、模块等挂接在回路上的总线器件。登记操作在开机时进行，
合上控制器电源开关，当面板指示等闪亮时按住复位登记，登记完毕后显示已被登记的总
线器件数目和地址码。按或可查看详细的列表清单，按复位返回监控状态。

火灾报警
在正常监控状态下控制器巡检已登记的每个探测器，密切监视每个探测器的当前烟浓度或温
度数值，并将这个参数根据算法进行运算、识别，若符合火警建立条件，则立即进入火灾报
警状态。此时，控制器发出火警的声音，面板上火警指示灯点亮，显示屏显示出报警地址、
数量等信息，打印机（当安装该选配件时）打印出火警地址、报警时间，并且控制器外控接
点KA1、KA2闭合，YA1，YA2开始延时，若在2分钟内无人操作控制器（消音或复位）时则该
接点闭合。如果联动处于自动状态，则控制器根据事先编制的联动逻辑关系发出联动指令启
动相应的远动控制模块，从而启、闭外部设备（如消防泵等）。
系统对火警、联动以及故障信息的显示采用分页的方法，如果有两种以上报警信息同时存
在，可按或切换到另一报警类型页面，按或可查看本页面下一条或上
一条信息。

第一行“首警:005 10:23 总数:001” ，表示本次火警发生的第一部位号是005号探测器，
报警时间是10:23分，当前共有1个探测器报火警。
第二行“2002/02/24 10:32:20”是当前的系统日期时间。
第三行“01火警 005号烟感” ，表示这是第一条报警信息（每页一条），报警类型是火警，
报警的是005号感烟探测器。
第四行“一楼多功能大厅” ，表示005号探测器的位置在一楼多功能大厅。
下面是一个既有报警发生又有联动动作时的界面：

在上图中：
第一行信息就不必再解释了。
第二行“启动:02 应答:01 -–”表示当前有一个设备启动，一个设备应答，后面的2根短
线处是显示灭火钢瓶启动后30秒延时的地方（当作为气体灭火控制器使用时），如果有灭火
区启动您将看到这里跳动的数字（从30到0），如果灭火区延时阶段停止（即“急停” ），则这
里显示的是“**” 。
第三行“联动 001 号 10:24 10:32”表示当前页的联动号码是 001 号模块，启动的时间是
“10:24”，应答的时间是“10:32” 。
第四行“三楼东边送风机” ，表示001号模块控制的是三楼东边送风机，也就是说当前启动和
应答的是3楼东边的送风机。
故障报警
为了保证火灾报警控制系统长时间正常运转，控制器必须对线路、探测器、远动控制模块等
总线器件以及电源、蓄电池等设备进行密切监视，即具有故障报警功能。控制器在故障报警
时，发出故障告警声音，面板上故障指示灯点亮，显示屏显示出故障类型。若是探测器或远
动控制模块故障，打印机（当安装该选配件时）打印出故障地址、报警时间，显示屏显示出
报警地址、数量等信息。此时，用户操作人员应及时排除故障，故障排除后，控制器自动复
位，转入正常监视状态。
探测器或远动控制模块故障
在正常状态下，每个探测器或远动控制模块都有一个比较稳定的测量值，如果这个测量值不
正常，则表明探测器或远动控制模块有问题，控制器报出探测器或远动控制模块故障。

主电源故障
主电源故障是指交流220V电源电压低于187V（包括断电）时，控制器报出主电源故障，主电
源故障指示灯点亮。此时，控制器必须有备电接入，否则控制器由于掉电而自动停机。
备电故障
备电源故障是指控制器内的备用电源电压低于19.2V、备用电源断线、备用电源不充电，控
制器报出备电故障，备电故障指示灯点亮。
菜单操作功能
在监视状态下，按菜单按钮显示屏提示输入口令：
进入菜单操作：
口令输入正确后进入主菜单，否则返回监视状态。
主菜单下共有9个菜单项，分别是参数测试、登录查阅、黑匣信息、时间设置、联动编程、
设备属性、灭火设置、系统管理、返回监控。

参数测试指的是测试各个外接设备当前值。

类型: 烟感
参考值是开机登记时自动录入的，当前值实时反应了各个设备当前的模拟值（烟的浓度、外
界温度等），均不能人为改变。此时，按数字键可以改变当前设备号；按或加一
或减一改变当前设备号；按自检可以对当前设备隔离或取消隔离。被隔离的设备，号码前
将会有一个“*”号，被隔离的设备将不能报出故障和火警。按复位返回主菜单。
在5i系列编址器件系统中，1至240号为普通地址， 241至246为6个直接外控接点的地址，247
号为灭火盒的地址。
登录查阅
登录查阅指的是对已登记的外接设备号码的查阅。

黑匣信息
黑匣信息指的是对历史报警记录的查询。包括火警报警、故障报警、开机、关机、复位、联
动动作、联动应答等。

如当前共406条，
“001 故障 017号”表示这是黑匣子中的第一条记录，也就是最近一次的报
警记录，记录类型是故障报警，报警的设备号码是17号； “2002/02/24 10:32:20”是这次报
警的时间。
按或查看上一或下一页记录。按复位返回主菜单。
打印记录
在查看黑匣子信息时，按消音可以打印（当安装可选配件时）黑匣子中的历史记录。

您需要打印：
000条至000条记录
按消音键开始打印
输入要打印记录的起始和终止号后按消音开始打印，按复位退出此功能。打印完后自动返

回，在打印过程中可以按复位终止打印提前返回。
时间设置
时间设置指的是对系统的日期、时间的设置。

联动编程
联动编程指的是对发生火警报警后自动联动而言，控制器根据报警信息，按照联动编程的逻
辑关系启闭相应的设备。(手动状态下所有联动依赖关系失效)。它共有5个菜单项，分别是
“或”1逻辑控制、“或”2逻辑控制、“与”逻辑控制、链接控制。

“或”1逻辑控制指的是一组探测器中的任意一个报警，就启闭相应的设备。

现以上图为例说明“或”1编程中各项数据的意义，即：设置在控制源数据项范围内的1到20
号中任意一个探测器报警，就启动设置在控制对象数据项范围内的120到123号远动控制模
块。“00条”的位置是当前联动编程的页号，即第00页的意思，（每页一条）
。
按数字键可以编辑各数据项。按四个方向键可以上下左右移动光标，按消音编辑或查看上
一条（页）数据。按自检编辑或查看下一条（页）数据。设置完成后，输入结束项，即第
一个数据为“0”的数据项。按复位返回联动编程菜单。
“或”2逻辑控制
“或”2逻辑控制指的是一组探测器中的任意两个报警，就启闭相应的设备。

“与”逻辑控制
“与”逻辑控制指的是一组探测器中的任意一个与另一组探测器中的任意一个同时报警，
就启闭相应的设备。

链接控制
链接控制指的是控制器接收到一个远动控制模块的反馈信号后，就启闭相应的消防设备。

反馈信号，就启动设置在控制对象数据项范围内的120到123号远动控制模块。“00条”的位

点动控制
点动控制指设备的启动为点动触发方式，即模块闭合后延时2秒又立即断开。

例如在上图中，128，129，134，137，138号远动控制模块被设置为点动启动方式。

在此功能中您可以设置设备的类型和位置。

由于系统不能自动识别称重模块,所以当本控制器用于气体灭火系统时必须在这里手工指定
哪些外接设备是“称重模块”。

按消音改变设备类型，按自检确认对当前设备号类型的修改，修改后设备号项中的数据变
为0。可以在“参数测试”中查看设置后的设备类型。按复位返回设备属性菜单。
说明：
1、称重模块是检测气体灭火系统中灭火钢瓶气体是否发生泄漏的信号输入模块，如果该模
块模拟值升高，则会报出钢瓶气体泄漏（属于故障范围），如果该模块本身发生故障，
则控制器会报出普通类型故障。
2、探测器、远动控制模块的类型是系统自动识别的，不要试图改变这些设备的类型，否则
可能会造成混乱。
位置描述
位置描述是用来设置设备的实际位置，以在报警时显示，这样可以快速准确的知道火警或故
障的具体位置，而不必去查询号码对照表之类的辅助信息图。也就是俗称的“房号转换”。

二楼经理办公室
拼音:
本机可存储的位置记录数为250条，即所有设备都可“房号转换”
。没有转换的只显示探测器
或模块的逻辑地址，即设备编号。
在本功能中：汉字输入采用拼音输入法，同时，通过输入法切换，还可输入大、小字母和数
字，使用户能准确、详细的对探测器或模块的位置进行描述。
在上图中：
“001号”位置为设备号编辑区域，如上表明当前进行房号转换的号码是“001号”
。当光标
在此区域时可以按数字键来改变设备号，设备号改变后，文本编辑区域的内容会做相应的改
变，即它“时刻显示的是当前设备号的位置“。或者当光标在此区域时您可以按来查
看或编辑当前设备号减一的设备的位置内容。
“二楼经理办公室”位置为文本编辑区域，它里面显示的内容是设备的所在的位置，如上
表明“001号”设备的位置在“二楼经理办公室” 。当光标在此区域时您可以按来查看
或编辑当前设备号加一的设备的位置内容。
反显的“拼音”位置表示当前的输入法是拼音输入法，当光标在文本编辑区时（即图中的“二
楼经理办公室”位置）可以按 0 来切换输入法，依次为拼音、大写字母、小写字母、数
字。
了解了屏幕上各项数据的意义后我们来看看具体怎样输入一行英汉数字的混合文本。比如我
想输入的文本为“我的1997Tmd”，这行文本看起来很别扭，不可能有什么实际的意义，我只
想通过它来演示输入法，所以你大可不必去深究。
准备好了吗？
开始吧！
1、按将光标移到文本输入区域；
2、如果文本区域有内容，请长按消音将它清除；
3、长按 0 将输入法切换到“拼音”。看见出来“拼音”二字就赶紧松手，别一个劲的按
住不放；
4、按 9 光标跳到“拼音”一行，“拼音”后显示 “w”；
5、按三次 6 直到“拼音”后显示 “wo”；
6、按 0 “拼音”后将显示“挝蜗涡窝我斡卧握”；如果想想要的字不在这一页，可以
按或来翻到下一或上一页备选字列表。
7、按“我”字在出现的备选字中的位置号 5 “我”字将出现在文本编辑区域，同时光标
也上跳到文本编辑区域；
好了，我们已经成功的输入了一个“我”字，虽然只输入了目标句中的十一分之二，可
是我相信你已经有所领悟了。可是问题出来了，输错了怎么办？比如本想按 6 输入
“o”，可不幸的是一激动按了 3 变成了“wd”，怎么办？很简单，您只要按或者
将光标移到输错的字符“d”下，再按消音即可，其实不管是在文本编辑区域还是
在拼音输入区域，您都可以通过这种方法来删除光标位置的字符！
8、下面来输入“的”，由于您已有了一点基础，所以我想通过一系列的按键而无须很多文
字来演示它：依次按 3 （稍等一下，待光标移到“d”后面） 3 3 0 3 。
9、这时候光标应该在文本编辑区域，长按 0 把输入法切换到数字，即“123”状态。依
次按 1 9 9 7 。相信文本编辑区域的内容应该是“我的1997”了。还剩3个
字母！
10、长按 0 把输入法切换到大写字母，即“ABC”状态。然后再按 8 0 ，不要管“ABC”
后面的“t”是否是大小写，反正到了文本区它肯定是大写的了。
11、长按 0 把输入法切换到小写字母，即“ABC”状态。然后再按 6 3 0 ，这时
文本编辑区应该是我们所期望的“我的1997Tmd”了，OK，大功告成，相信您一定很陶
醉了！
编辑完设备的位置后，按复位回到设备属性菜单，您没有放弃的权力，系统将保存您所做的
一切修改。尽管您可能只想试试，并不真的想改它，可是没办法，就这样了！
位置拷贝
可能有一些设备的位置比较接近，或者它们根本就在一块儿装着，比如一个大的房间可能装
了几个探测器，而这些探测器的内部地址又不相同，这样如果为每个地址都设置相同的位置
内容将是一件很麻烦而且很让人恼火的事。不用担心，本机特有的“位置拷贝”功能虽说不
是非常强大，但解决这点问题还是绰绰有余的。
只要光标在设备号编辑区域或者文本编辑区域，您都可以按自检来执行这一功能：
您想复制001号地址到
000号到000号
按消音键开始复制
按消音将把当前文本区的内容复制到指定的起止号码。您也可以啥也不做就按自检返回。
喷雾设置
喷雾设置是指设定船用特性的一系列逻辑参数。包括：快速隔离、喷雾区编程、立即启动、
延时设置及喷雾与逻辑五个子菜单项。

快速隔离
快速隔离是指系统在运行中出于某种需要可能要成片的隔离设备，这时如果用单个隔离功能
的话比较费时和繁琐，所以本机提供了快速隔离功能以满足此要求。在这里您可以将需要一
起隔离的设备分为一组，需要隔离的时候通过“启动隔离”功能去隔离它们。

现以上图为例说明快速隔离的设置方法及意义：
“1：001 号至 021 号”意即第一隔离区的号码是 001 号至 021 号设备，同样，第二隔离区
的号码是 022 号至 080 号设备．
．．，您最多可以设置 6 个隔离区域。
按消音设置或查看上一页的隔离区域。
按自检设置或查看下一页的隔离区域。
启动快速隔离
这个功能不在“喷雾设置”中，在此说明只是为了方便用户查阅。
设置快速隔离区域只是将设备划分成几个隔离区，要真正隔离掉它们，还需要在“启动快速
隔离”功能中设置该区域为“禁止”状态。
在正常巡检状态下按 3 进入此功能。

喷雾区编程
当总线上的 LSW 按钮（喷雾区启动按钮）被按下（或释放）时，需要启动（或关闭）相应
的水喷雾灭火区，并启动（或关闭）本区的示警铃声。这一功能是通过“喷雾区编程”来实
现的。

在上图中：远动模块是用来控制示警铃声（如警铃、声光音响器等）的。

立即启动
在本系统中，有一对可延时闭合的触点 Y2，是用来控制警铃的。在一般情况下，当有设备
报火警时，该触点延时 2 分钟（延时时间可调）后闭合，但在有些情况下（如手报被按下时）
，
需要该触点无延时闭合，所以系统提供了“立即启动”功能来实现此要求。

无需多言，在上图的示例中：001 号至 010 号以及 080 号设备被设置为立即启动设备，当这

些设备发生报警时，系统将无延时的闭合 Y2 触点。

喷雾“与”逻辑
这里的“与”逻辑和前面的联动编程中“与”逻辑的不同之处在于：1、控制源中的所有设
备必须全部报警才动作控制对象中的设备。2、控制对象中的设备不是远动控制模块，而是
水喷雾灭火区。

设置完成后，输入结束项，即第一个数据为“0”的数据项。
系统管理
在这里，您可以设置打印机是否实时打印，控制器是否监视主备电源，控制器外接设备类型，
本机号码等。

按自检或消音翻看或编辑下一或上一页选项。
按更改选项内容，按数字键编辑选项内容。
按复位保存设置并返回主菜单。
如果将打印机设为禁止状态，则在发生火警、故障、联动等报警信息时不进行实时打印，但
这一设置不影响在黑匣子中的打印操作。
控制器外接“设备类型”需设置为“智能” 。
“菜单下报警”是指在用户进入菜单对机器操作时还能不能报出火警。如果设为“禁止”则
不能报出火警，那么用户就要在操作完成后立即返回监控状态以免延误报警时机。
“本机号码”是作为与集中机通讯时的分机号码。
如果不希望主机监控火灾显示盘，可将“火灾显示盘数目”设为0，这样可加快系统处理报
警的速度，但并不影响火灾显示盘接收主机的报警信息。本机最多可监控10个火灾显示盘，
且号码必须为1至10以内，这是基于工程应用的实际而设定的上限，如果企图超过这个限制，
则第10号以后的火灾显示盘如果发生故障或与主机的联络中断主机将不能报出！特别的，如
果是集中区域方式，请将火灾显示盘接在集中控制器的相应通讯总线上！
返回监控
无须多言，当然是返回监控状态了。其实在主菜单的任何界面，您都可以按 0 直接返回
监控状态。
系统自检
系统自检指的是对系统显示屏、状态指示灯、音响器进行测试。在巡检状态下按自检进入
该功能。

自检查时面板上的各状态指示灯闪亮，音响器发出救火车的音响，打印机（当安装该可选配
件时）会打印出“蓝天电子欢迎您的字样”。自检完后自动返回监控状态，
锁键/解锁
为防止非相关人员的误操作，本控制器设有锁键功能。在监控状态下按锁键按钮进入此功能。
输入上锁密码：
输入上锁密码，如果正确，锁键指示灯常亮。键盘上锁后除了可以消音、解锁，将不能进行
其他任何操作。解锁时同样按锁键按钮，只不过界面上显示的是“输入解锁密码”。
自动/手动切换
在无人值守时，可将控制器设为自动状态，意即：发生火警时控制器可根据事先设置的联动
逻辑关系启闭相应的外部设备而无需人工干预。开机时控制器为手动状态，在此状态下，所
有联动逻辑关系都是无效的，即联动设备不能根据火灾报警的号码自动启闭。在监控状态下
按“手动/自动”切换按钮进入此功能。
手动自动切换：
与锁键操作一样，输入切换密码，如果正确，系统将由自动状态切换到手动状态，或者相反。
自动状态时面板上对应的“手/自”指示灯常亮。
联动控制
除了在自动状态下依靠联动逻辑关系来打开设备外，还可以利用系统提供的“联动控制”功
能来打开或关闭设备。比如，出于某种需要您想打开3楼的某个风机，而控制这个风机的远
动控制模块号码是008号，则您可进行如下操作：
巡检状态下按 1 键进入联动功能；
按数字键输入远动控制模块号码008；
按消音键。
则008号远动控制模块常开触点闭合，它所控制的风机也就打开了。
如果要关闭它，操作与打开是类似，只不过在按上述按消音的时候按自检就行了。

维修和保养
² 开机不自检，控制器无任何反应：
检查主、备电源是否正常，修复后重新开机。
² 开机后液晶屏显示乱码：
字库片或程序片已坏或没有插紧，更换或重新插好芯片即可。
² 开机后控制器灯及音响自检正常但液晶屏无背光及显示：
这是由于液晶屏对比度太小，所以看不出显示内容，调节主板上的对比度电位器即可。
² 开机后液晶屏一直显示“系统初始化，别忙！ ”
：
这是由于串行EEPROM芯片已坏，控制器一直在读取数据，更换该芯片即可。
² 设备无法登记：
可能的原因是在系统管理中设置了不正确的“设备类型”造成的， 5i系列总线器件应
设置成“智能”状态。
² 设备登记不全
可能的原因是设备的地址超出了系统的容量，比如系统的容量是32点，那么对超过32
的设备地址将不能登记。
注意事项
² 火灾报警控制器应具有良好的接地保护，控制器内部设有接地标志，接地要求应符合
GBJ116-88《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》第四节中的有关规定。
² 火灾报警控制器属消防专用设备，平时应有专人值班、管理及保养，定期检查其功能的
正常与否，并随时做好值班记录，当出现故障时应及时请专业人员或通知厂家修理。
在主电源停电后使用备电源期间，如果控制器发出备电故障报警信号，则表明机内备用电池
电压太低，此时应采取其他的弥补措施，以防机内备电过放电而损坏电池。

Fire alarm controller should be installed in a room or place where can be controlled by man，at the
same time please install fire alarm controller on the wall. Normally fire alarm controller’s bottom
is far away from the ground 1.5 meters，It will leave more than 0.5 meter distance in two sides. So
that it will be easy operate and maintenance.

Outside wiring requirements:

Signal wire is used RVS-2 × 1.5mm2 two colors plastic soft wire ， Power wire is used

From installation to operation

1、 Please be carefully to read this manual.
2、 According “installation”chapter，install this controller.
3、 Using K ohm metes alarm bus is connecting ground resist must be more than 20K
ohm，According to fire extinguishing norm requirements to install detectors,

4、 Start up.
5、 According to fire code and project linkage operation relationship requirement,
edit linkage operation relationship list based on “linkage operation
programming”section.
6、 Re open the panel, according to “register external device” section, register
external devices.
Basic functions
Start
First time start please press control panel 复位 button，Meanwhile please press main/ reserved
power switch，After controller initialized, indicator and sounder check itself，Then all devices of
bus are loading（at the moment let loose 复位），It takes about 2 minutes. Then system comes to
normally monitor and control state，Power of indicate in controller flashes. Attention：Each time
restart system linkage is manually state，at the moment automatic/manually indicator
always flashes.。

return circuit. Register operating, after start the controller，Press controller power switch，when

Fire alarm
Under normally monitor and control state, the controller patrols registered each
of detectors，monitor each of detectors current smoke consistency or temperature
value，then using the data to calculate and recognize by formula. Using the data
according to formula calculate and recognize. If it is be fit for fire alarm
condition，it can be put into fire alarm state. At the moment，the controller sounds
the alarm，the controller panel’s fire alarm indicator flashes，the displayer

indicates alarm address, number etc information，printer（when you install this
printer）can print alarm address, alarm time，Meanwhile the outside controller
position KA1、KA2 closed，YA1，YA2 begin to delay，If nobody controls controller
（reduce sounder or reduce）this position closed. If linkage position is in the
automatic state，the controller is according to be the first time addressable linkage
logic relation which can set out command in order to start corresponding long-range
control module，so that start or close outside devices.（For example fire pump）。
System uses different pages approach among fire alarm, linkage and default
information ，If there are two or many kinds of alarm information exist at the same
time ， Please press or switch to another fire alarm type page,
Press or you can check the up or down information.。

fire alarm page displays fire detector, manual call point, etc alarm information
monitoring page displays feedback signal from signal input module and remote control
module.
Linkage operation page displays activation signal of remote control module.

information format is almost same as in “fire alarm”section. So it is not shown

once again here. After the monitoring signal disappears, the relevant display will
also disappear, which is one important different point from fire alarm display.
Associate operation information

Remote control module activated information is shown here. This page displayed
information format is almost same as the one in “fire alarm” section. So we do
not repeat it here. After the module is closed, the display will disappear.
Fault Alarm
In order to ensure fire alarm control system can be longer normally running，The
controller must monitor circuit, detector, long-range control module etc bus
equipment and power, accumulator etc devices，that means there are alarm and default
function. When there has default and alarm，It will set out default alarm sound，
the indicator will flash in the controller ，the monitor displays default type。
If detectors or long-range control module default，The printer（when you set up this
printer）print default address, alarm time，the monitor will display alarm address,
number etc information. At the moment，the operator should obviate the default，
After obviated default ,the controller can reduce automatically，change to normally
Alarm state. This page displayed information format is almost same s the one in “fire
alarm” section. So we do not repeat it here.
Main power fault

Main Power fault is AC 220V Power voltage is not lower than 187V（Including no
electric），the controller indicates main power abort，Main power abort indicator
flashes. At the moment，the controller must have reserved power，otherwise, the
controller is due to no electric so that the controller stops working.
Back-up power supply fault

Reserved power abort tat means reserved power in the controller is lower than
19.2V,reserved power opened wire, reserved power is no charge，the controller
indicates reserved power abort，reserved power abort indicator flashes.

Under monitor state，according to menu button display input password:

programming, that is: any one detector (from No.001 to No.003) set up within
“Activate source1”data item range and any one detector (from No.006 to No.009)
set up within “Activate source2” data item range alarm simultaneously, it will
activate the remote control module(from No.015 to No.016) set up in “Activate
object” data item range. Top right corner “000” express current item is No.00
item(each item per page).

Pulse Mode Module
“Pulse Mode module” expresses remote control module activation is point activated
method, that is, after the module is closed and two seconds delay, it will be broken
up once again.

In this sub-menu, you can set up and decide whether the printer need to print the
information on real-time base and the control panel need to monitor main power supply
and back-up power supply, etc.

Push down or to move cursor to next or above item.

Push down 自检 (self-check) to change item status.
Push down digital key to edit item content.
Push down 消音 (silence) to store setup and return main menu.
If we set up the printer into non-workable status, the printer will not print out
real-time information when there is fire alarm, fault, associated operation and
monitoring signal input. But this setup will not influent printing operation in
“Event Record”.
Exit
It expresses to return monitoring condition. In any interface in main menu, you can
directly push down 0 to return monitoring condition.
System self-check
System self-check: check system’s display LCD, condition indication LEDs and alarm
sounders. In polling condition, push down 自检 (self-check) to enter this function。

Test Sound
测试音响
during self-check process, all status LEDs in the front face of the panel will flash,
the sounder will send out ambulance car sounder, printer ( if the ancillary device
has been installed) will print out“Fire Alarm Panel” 。After self-check is completed,
it will return to monitoring condition.
Lock key/Unlock
To avoid non-operator’s non-proper operation, this control panel has lock key
function. In monitoring condition, push down lock key( fourth key start from left
to right in small box in the panel)button to enter this function.

Keyboard lock
Input lock password. If it is correct, lock key LED will flash. If the key is locked,
it cannot do other operation besides silence and unlock operation. If you want to
unlock the key, please push down lock key button, it will show “Keyboard Unlock”
in the LCD display interface.
Automatic/Manual switch
If the system is not monitored by the operator, we can set up the fire alarm control
panel into automatic status, that is: when there is fire alarm, the control panel
can open or close relevant external devices based on pre-set associated operation
logic relationship and it does not need manual interference. When we open the fire
alarm control panel, it is in manual condition. In this condition, all associated
logic relationships are not valid. That is, associated device cannot be
automatically closed based on fire alarm. In monitoring condition, push down
“manual/automatic” switch button (the fourth key from left to right in the small
box of the panel) to enter this function.

Switch to auto status
The same as lock key operation procedure, input switch password. If it is correct,
the system will be switched from automatic condition to manual condition. Or vice
versa, corresponding “manual/automatic” LED in the panel will be illuminated in
manual condition.
Associated control
Except that we can use associated logic relationship to active the devices in
automatic condition, we also can use system provided “ Associate Operate” function
to open or close the devices. For example, for some kind of requirement, you want
to some one ventilation fan in third floor, and the remote control module number
is No.008 which controls this ventilation fan, you can do following operation:
In polling condition, push down 1 key to enter associated function；
Push down digital key to input remote control module number 008；
Other push-key operation will have indication in the LCD.

Repair and Maintenance

² Open the machine and it does not implement self-check function, the panel does
not have any response：
please check main power supply and back-up power supply to see whether they are
in normal condition. After check and repair, please open the machine once again.
² After the machine is open, LCD display mixed codes(cannot be read)：
character library piece or program slice is broken or it is not plugged tightly.
Please change or plug the microprocessor once again and the issue will be solved.
² After the machine is open, control panel LEDs and sounder self-check are normal,
but the LCD does not have back light and display：
The reason is that LCD contrast degree is too small. Therefore, we cannot see
any display content. Please adjust main board’s contrast degree potentiometer
and the issue will be solved.
² After the machine is open, LCD always displays “system initialization, please wait ”：
This expresses that the serial EEPROM microprocessor is broken, the control
panel always fetch the data. Please change the microprocessor and the issue will
be solved.
² The devices cannot be registered：
Possible reason is that we set up non-proper “device type” in the system

management. 5i series bus device should be set up into “intelligent”
condition.
² Device registration is not complete
Possible reason is that device address exceeds the system capacity. For example,
if the system capacity is 32 points, then the device address which exceeds 32
points cannot be registered.
Notice
² Fire alarm control panel should have good ground connecting protection. In the
control panel, there should be have earth-connecting sign. The earth connection
requirement should follow the stipulation in GBJ116-88 “automatic fire alarm
system design code” 4th section.
² Fire alarm control panel is specific fire protection device. The system owner
need to appoint one full-time person to manage and maintain and check its
function on regular time and make written record. If the system is in fault
condition, please ask professional person or contact original manufacturer to
repair it.
² When the main power source is cut off and the system uses back-up battery power
source, if the control panel sends out back-up battery power fault alarm signal,
it expresses the back-up battery voltage is too low. In this time, we need to
take other offset measures to avoid battery damage caused by back-up battery
unrestrained discharge.
