Greetings!

The Office of the Protected Area Management of Mount Apo Natural Park would like to extend
its utmost gratitude for the expression of support by the Tribal Leaders of Davao del Sur together
with the Tribal Leaders of Davao City in the Demarcation Activities to be conducted by this
office during the consultation and coordination meeting last July 26, 2022 at the IPMR Hall of
Bansalan, Davao del Sur.

To move further with our shared endeavor, this office shall conduct a Communication, Education
and Public Awareness on AUGUST 16, 2022 1:00PM at your esteemed Barangay Hall to
discuss the proposed Demarcation activities, and to formulate schedules and logistical plans of
the following activities;

1. Legal basis of demarcation activities;

2. Reconnaissance survey of boundary points;
3. Hauling and installation of monuments;
4. Compacting and Backfilling;
5. Installation of Signage;
6. Tree Planting Activities;
7. Discuss other issues and concern
