PROFILE
My Name is Natalia Johnson, I am 22 years old and currently work as a 2nd grade
teacher. I got married in 2018 and have two beautiful children. I started my first year
teaching in the Winter of 2021 right before Christmas. Before doing this, I’d managed
a coffee shop for 2 years and prior to that my husband and I served as youth pastors.
I’ve always worked with kids, in day care, Sunday school, and babysitting. Children
have always had my heart, and teaching I feel has been my calling since I was in
middle school. I am currently finishing up my degree and certification and hope to
further my knowledge in education and child development.

As a youth pastor partnered with my husband, we were responsible for managing
◦ ORGANIZATION groups of kids from 22-40 at a time in whole group and breakout small groups ranging
from ages 13-19 from all different races and economic statuses. We organized
◦ FLEXIBILITY messages and worship sets weekly. Leadership was our top priority and grew a team
of 12 volunteers as well as financial responsibilities. I stepped down due to a new
◦ CREATIVITY career opportunity and focus on worship leading.
