Greetings from Visual Eyez,

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that you have been offered for Clinical Internship in
Optometry: 2022-2023, at Visual Eyez Noida. The Duration of the internship program is 12 months.
For all the interns, pre-clinical training will take place to strengthen clinical examination skills along
with patient workflow systems and protocols for a period of 1-2 months. Your performance will be
assessed periodically and only if the performance is deemed satisfactory will the internship be
continued.

You will be eligible for 13 days of personal leave during your internship, which cannot be used in
the first and last months of the training program. You need to provide a notice period of 15 days
before taking non-emergency leave/s. The leaves will be sanctioned on a prorata basis, and more
than seven days of leave will not be sanctioned at once. In addition to this, you will be provided
with additional academic leave of 18 days for attending university/college exams as per the
university exam schedule.

We request you to provide a no objection letter from your Principal/HOD on the college/school
letterhead, which is mandatory and should contain the following details:

1. Starting date of internship: date will be communicated to your personal email ID

2. Date of completion of internship: 10 August 2023

3. Tentative examination dates to be held in your respective college, if applicable

4. Candidate must abide by our rules and regulations during the internship period, which
includes work time

General Instructions :-

By accepting this invitation letter, you are willing to work and take care of yourself in the times of
epidemic and pandemic situations. Also note that clinical rotations will be limited to sub-specialties
and also subject to State/Central Government COVID-19 lockdown guidelines for academic
institutions.
Health related expenditure: Any expenditure related to the diagnosis and management of pandemic
will be borne by the intern itself.

At the time of reporting: please read all the points carefully and follow them with 100% compliance.
We understand that you are willing to accept, provide and carry

1. Submit the photocopies 5 & 6th semester optometry program mark sheets
2. No objection letter from optometry school/college
3. Willing to sign the general guidelines and confidentiality policy documents after reporting at centre
4. You will have to buy two full sleeved aprons, for training purposes.
