H. Leave Administration Course for Effectiveness (LACE)


­ The program is designed for all HRMO's Administrative
Officers and other government personnel tasked with the
recording and computation of leave credits of employees. It
aims to upgrade and update their knowledge on leave laws
and implementing rules.

Institutional I. Promoting Harmony in the Workplace


­ The training program is about building and promoting good
and harmonious working atmosphere and understanding
team dynamics.
J. Pre-Retirement Counseling (PRC)

­ The program aims to update government employees


who are about to retire from the government service
about the appropriate retirement packages available for
them, apply the basic laws and policies relative to the
retirement and understand the need for counseling.
K. Training on Systems of Ranking Positions
This course aims to provide HRMO with knowledge and
understanding and guidelines in determining next in
rank positions in their agency vis-à-vis the
organizational structure
