I. OBJECTIVES At the end of the lesson, a Grade-11 student should be able to:
a. Identifies the speaker’s purpose(s);
b. Watches a movie; and
c. Write an essay about the movie watched.

A. Content Standard The learner understands values the functions/ purposes of oral communication.
B. Performance Standard The learner writes a 250-word essay of his/her objective observation and evaluation of the various speakers watched and listened to.
