Reward and Recognition Policy

Good Performance and good work of every employee attracts not only recognition but something
more than that. This recognition can be appreciated much named as REWARD. To have a systematic
approach towards the recognition and reward policy. The recognition and reward is to build up a school
culture where good work done by DCLC employees is valued and their tremendous efforts are recognized.

Objective
1. To retain the best talent of DCLC Community.
2. To attract the important efforts of DCLC Community in terms of performance, attitude and
achievements.
3. To give an award to qualify DCLC employees.

Component of Reward and Recognition Policy


1. Attitude and Behavior to be recognized must be aligned with the core values and mission of the
school.
2. DCLC Community must be informed well for the implementation of an effective reward and
recognition.
3. Reward and Recognition Policy must be communicated well to all DCLC Community.

Eligibility
Employees of the DCLC must meet the following eligibility requirements to wit:
1. Employees must be a regular employee.
2. Employee are not involved in any administrative case.
3. Employee should be in service for at least a year.
