Weekly Theory reflection – What I learnt this week? How can we apply this to our own life?

Topic / Theme -

Week 1: What I have learned this week was to be fit and healthy and be more active especially during this crisis
where we must stay indoors a lot. How this applies to my life is because it makes my body and mind healthy and
staying indoors lowers the risk of other people and I from the crisis which is going on recently.

Week 2: What I have learnt this week was to help my parents out a lot and to be active and healthy. This applies
to my life as helping my parents out a lot is a good thing to do and because it keeps your body and mind healthy.
Week 3: What I have learnt this week was to be healthy and active but also to do my schoolwork and extra
studies. This applies to my life as schoolwork and studies enables me to learn more information and knowledge,
with that knowledge I have letting my future and jobs I get in the future be easier to achieve. And also, because
being healthy enables my body to be fit and healthy.
