WHY YOU THINK HAVING A HOLIDAY IS CRUCIAL IN ONE’S LIFE

In this era of globalization,having a holiday is very important in one’s life.In this
essay,I am going to state three reasons why having a holiday is important for us.The
reasons are,we can released our stress,spend time with family and we can do anything
in the free time.

The first and most important is we can release our stress.This is because when you
having a holiday, it makes you relax without thinking about thing going on at
work.For example we can do activity that make we release our stress like play
football and play badminton.Once of the important having a holiday is we can release
our stress.

The second reason is we can spend time with family.Eventhough we are focus on
work but spend time with family is very important.For instance take them on vacation
atleast once a week.Therefore,it can be cold that spend time with family is one of
thing that very important having a holiday.

The third point is we can do anything in the free time.This is because when we
in the work time,we need to sleep early and we can’t do the thing that we like
especially to the football lover who can’t to watch the football match.We also have a
time to go to the place that we like if we have a holiday.For example we can go outing
to the place that we really need to go.

In the conclusion all people need a holiday atleast one or two days.It is because
when working all the time it will effect to our health.
