TASK PERFORMANCE

Instructions:

1. You are tasked to create a music video that promotes the local places in any province in the
Philippines similar to the Department of Tourism’s promotional videos.
2. This task performance will be done as a group.
a. Directing Committee creates the concept of the task performance. This group oversees the
initiation and the sequence of the events for the task.
b. Songwriting and Performance Committee oversees the writing of the task performance.
Performers will be included in this group.
c. Musical Score Committee composes and creates the music piece to be used for the task
performance. If the class is willing to use copyrighted music, they will be the ones to contact
the owner of the said piece or cite the references.
d. Editing Committee arranges and uses all of the files given by the other committees and edits
them to create the task performance.
3. The video must not use copyrighted music, if possible. Otherwise, ask the permission of the uploader
or owner of the video to use it, and cite them.
4. The music video must be at least three (3) to five (5) minutes long.
5. Your grade for this task performance is divided into two (2) parts. The other half will be the peer
evaluation, which is on the next page.

6. You will be graded based on the following rubric:
