Part I.
Sex refers to physical or physiological differences between males and females, including both
primary sex characteristics such as the reproductive system and secondary characteristics such
as height and muscularity. When it comes to gender, it refers to the social and cultural
differences and roles that come with being male or female. On the other hand, sexuality refers
to a person's ability to experience sexual feelings as well as their emotional and sexual
attraction to a specific sex. Sexuality or sexual orientation is typically divided into four
categories. These are heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, and asexuality.
Heterosexuality is the attraction to people of the opposite sex. Homosexuality is the attraction
to people of one's own sex. Bisexuality is the attraction to people of either sex. And lastly,
asexuality is the lack of attraction to people of either sex. The example of sex is I was born with
having a vagina so that means my sex is female. In gender is having a soft demeanor means that
the society sees a person as feminine. And in sexuality is that being non-binary, pansexual,
lesbian, gay.
Part II.
The gender and sexuality questions I want to be answered are: How do some people recognize
if they are lesbian, gay, or etc.? Why can't some parents accept their LGBTQ children? How do
LGBTQ people handle the discrimination against their gender? How do LGBTQ people tell their
families about their gender? What’s the difference between sexual orientation, gender identity,
and gender expression? The reason why I want to answer these questions is that I want to
know and understand their gender so that I am aware of them and also to spread awareness of
their gender so that it will reduce discrimination against them. The reason why I want to
answer these questions is that I want to know and understand their gender so that I am aware
of them and also to spread awareness of their gender so that it will reduce discrimination
against them. Someday, society will accept LGBTQ people. The reason why I think these
questions are within the scope of gender studies is that the questions are related to gender and
sexuality. Because gender refers to the social and cultural differences and roles that come with
being male or female. And in sexuality, it refers to a person's ability to experience sexual
feelings as well as their emotional and sexual attraction to a specific sex.
