My Personal Philosophy in Nursing Education Is
Idealism
1) Purpose of Education:
Aim of education is to develop the intellectual capacity of the students by helping
them to appreciate broad and ensuring ideas and principles.
Conscious reasoning in mind: interested in the search for truth through ideas…
with truth comes responsibility to enlighten others, “education is transformation:
Ideas can change lives.”
According to idealism: Education is spiritual necessity and not nature.

2) The curriculum:
Subjects should be taught with an emphasis on abstract principles, holistic
learning and interdisciplinary approach.
Idealism attaches great importance to those subjects which provide significant
knowledge and wisdom.
Experiences also corresponding with various activities through which the
learner reach to highest good and inherent values.
As a learner he/she will discover and develop his/her abilities and full moral excellence
in order to better serve the society.
5) Teaching/Learning process:
Group discussions will be done beside lectures, questioning and limitations. The aim
of these methods is to …discuss, analyze, synthesize, and apply what they have read
to contemporary society
1) Purpose of Education:
The purpose of the program is to help the nurses to solve problems in the unit
and to create connection between what they learn in the school of Nursing and
the actual in the unit, through assessing their experiences and building upon it .
2) The curriculum:
It is based on the new nurses experiences, and transforming the experiences of
the clinical instructor to them.
5) Teaching/Learning process:
Group discussions are done, as nurses participate by their prerequisites and the
teacher directs them about the skills they already know and what they prefer to
know, the unit’s policies and rules.
Then experimentation through actual involving in the unite work and
discovering under the direction of the teacher who facilitate it.
