OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the lesson, learners are expected to:


a. recognize PECs needed in Food and Beverage Services,
b. explain the educational activities leading to assessment of PECs, and
c. appreciate the importance of PECs

II. SUBJECT MATTER:


Topic: Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PECs)

Content Standard: The learner demonstrates an understanding of different types of service


and dynamics of foods in a variety of styles of restaurants and
establishments.

Materials: Laptop, PowerPoint and Pictures

Reference: Learning Module in Food and Beverage Services by DepEd

Values Integration: Students will also gain an understanding of different types of service and
dynamics of foods in a variety of styles of restaurants and establishments.

A. PRELIMINARY ACTIVITIES

2. Review:
A PowerPoint presentation will be used to ask students about the Introduction of PECs.
