A self-care plan is a carefully constructed guide for us to improve our health and well-being.
This plan is based on the idea that humans are lifelong learners, and it helps every individual
acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to promote their well-being. Running a
self-care plan on an annual basis allows us to experiment with different habits to see what
works best for us and what habits are the most important for enhancing your quality of life.
