DOOR LOCK DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:
· Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
· The procedures listed below are for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE

1.INSTALL DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER (w/o Entry and Start System) 89741

a. Connect the connector.

b. Attach the guide to install the door control receiver

with the nut.

2.INSTALL SMART DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Entry and Start 89740A
System)

a. Connect the connector.

b. Attach the guide to install the smart door control receiver assembly with the nut.

5.CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Airbag System)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

6.CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT (w/ Airbag System)

for Type A:
