DOOR LOCK FRONT DOOR LOCK INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1.INSPECT FRONT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Double Locking System) 69320

a. Check the door lock motor operation.

i. Apply battery voltage to the motor connector
and check the operation of the door lock motor.
OK:

*a Unlock
*b Lock

b. Check the operation of the door unlock detection switch.

i. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

doors cannot be unlocked by operating the control cable.

· Move the door lock motor to the lock position and unset the double locking system. Check that the
doors can be unlocked by operating the control cable.

If the result is not as specified, replace the front door lock assembly LH.

b. Check the operation of the door unlock detection

switch and double lock position switch.
i. Measure the resistance according to the
value(s) in the table below.
